The programme will look at planning for change and then how we plan to roll out and implement the change.
The session will look at the typical difficulties and challenges created by change and how we can deliver in a positive and effective manner.

- Understand the key elements of effective change programmes
- Recognise the ‘Change Curve’ and how to coach team members through the change
- Recognise your roles and responsibilities as a leader when implementing effective change initiatives
- Identify the fundamentals of drawing up change
- Guide the team to enable change champions
